Component Software Group has won several ASP contracts in April for delivering electronic invoice solutions to public organizations in Sweden. The value of the contracts signed so far is estimated to be minimum MNOK 3.5 over a three year period.
The Swedish Government has decided that all Swedish public organizations (approx. 260 org.) shall implement electronic invoice solutions within 1 July 2008. Ekonomistyringsverket (ESV) entered therefore a frame agreement with two suppliers of such solutions in December 2006.
Component Software’s Contempus solution was chosen, in partnership with Itella AB, as the only ASP solution of such services to these public organizations. The frame agreement has a total revenue potential of approx. MSEK 200 for all suppliers. Component Software estimate that our realistic revenue potential is between MNOK 25-40 over the next 2-3 years.
During April 2007, Component Software has won the first contracts through this frame agreement. Total contract value for Component Software, of the signed contracts so far, is estimated to be minimum MNOK 3.5 over a three years period. The contract value is divided into implementation services and click fees per invoice. Component Software expects to sign a considerable number of new contracts through this frame agreement during 2007 and the first half of 2008.
This prestigious contract is a confirmation of Component Software’s leading position within delivery of electronic invoice solutions to the public sector.
